Which photos should I send?

Send wide photos of the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and floors, plus close photos of paint, cement, adhesive or stubborn residue.

Can every renovation residue be removed?

Removal cannot be guaranteed before the material and residue are reviewed. Some residue may require a special tool or treatment, so send close photos first.

Does the team bring a ladder?

No. A ladder is not included. Tell us about high areas in advance and whether a suitable ladder is available on site.
