Dust levels and the scope of work vary greatly. Send the property type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and site photos so we can quote accurately.

You can ask to extend the hours, subject to the team's schedule and availability that day.

We serve Johor Bahru and nearby areas. Send the exact location so we can confirm based on the date and route.

Can the team clean my whole home in 4 hours?

Accepted Answer

Not always. The final scope depends on the size of the home, the level of buildup and the detail involved. Choose the 2–3 most important areas before the team starts so they can work in priority order. You can also ask about extending the hours.

Do I need to clean or tidy before the team arrives?

Accepted Answer

You do not need to clean first. If toys, clothes and loose countertop items are put away, the team can spend more time on dusting, kitchens, bathrooms and floors.

What should I arrange for condo access?

If management requires visitor registration, a pass, parking space or lift booking, arrange it before the team arrives and send us the access instructions.

What should I share besides my area and date?

Area and date are enough to check a slot. When confirming, share the property type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and priority tasks. Add site photos for spring, move or post-renovation cleaning.
